Castello di Borghese wine, East End food featured on CBS

Chef Kerry Heffernan of South Gate, a modern American restaurant in Manhattan, prepared his favorite dish, roasted whole black sea bass stuffed with crab — a meal made with ingredients from the East End — on a recent episode of This Morning on CBS. He paired the dish with a Castello di Borghese Chardonnay.
The side dishes, clam chowder and mustard greens with shallot, and the dessert, a maple flan, were made with East End ingredients as well.
“We have a near personal relationship with everything on this table,” This Morning host John Miller said.
Mr. Heffernan chose Castello di Borghese’s Chardonnay to go with the meal and called the wine an “elegant” selection from “a great, great winery on the East End.”
