Grapevine: Channing Daughters Producer Dinner at Manhattan restaurant

COURTESY PHOTO | Channing Daughters wines will be served at a Producer Wine Dinner at Ellabess in Manhattan.
Channing Daughters wines will be featured at a small restaurant in the NoLita section of Manhattan Wednesday.
Ellabess on Elizabeth Street is hosting the dinner, which will feature eight of the Bridgehampton winery’s selections, including the pazzo 2004, research cab 2007 and mosaic 2008.
Ellabess chef Troy Unruh will specially create dishes complimented by the wines, including Taylor Bay scallops with caviar and spicy tomato broth, farro risotto with black truffle, a roast venison and red wine soufflé for dessert. The dinner starts at 7 p.m. and tickets are $75 each. View the full menu here.
